Years of health issues led to significant destruction of this patient’s natural dentition. With a combination of whitening, crowns and cosmetic bonding, we were able to restore her smile and her confidence! Now she is smiling non-stop, and we could not be happier!

This patient’s treatment was a collaborative effort involving an orthodontist and oral surgeon. The teeth were moved orthodontically into ideal position, then implants were placed to restore the missing teeth. Then, porcelain crowns were used to create her beautiful new smile!
Even older patients can enjoy a beautiful smile makeover! This 83-year-old patient had a patchwork of older dental restorations across her front teeth. The teeth were cleaned and restored with porcelain crowns. Now the patient is able to function and smile to her heart’s content!
This patient fell when he was an adolescent and had broken his two front teeth. After having the bonding replaced several times, he decided he wanted a more permanent solution. After whitening was completed, four porcelain veneers were placed on the front teeth. What a difference!

Cosmetic Bonding
This patient was unhappy with the gaps between her front teeth, as well as the size and shape of the teeth. We were able to complete a smile makeover without cutting away any tooth structure! This is a technique called cosmetic bonding. By adding bonded material, we are able to reshape the front teeth or change the bite. It is a conservative option for patients who want a big change but want to avoid cutting back the teeth for porcelain veneers or crowns.
This patient completed orthodontic treatment with another provider but was unhappy with the space that had developed between her teeth, as well as the overall shape and color. After completing KöR whitening treatment, we used conservative cosmetic bonding to fill the spaces and reshape the teeth. This treatment left all of her natural enamel intact and was able to be completed with no anesthetic!
This patient had been unable to see a dentist for many years and, as a result, had several areas of significant decay. Dr. Hulver was able to clean and repair all the teeth with tooth-colored fillings, giving the patient the confidence to smile again!
Even small areas of dental bonding can make a big difference. The edges of this patient’s front teeth were chipped, and she wanted them to appear more even. Within an hour, Dr. Hulver was able to bond the teeth to restore them to their original state.

Bridges
This patient had to have one of her back molars removed. An implant was not an option for her, so we restored the area with a bridge. There is a false tooth in the center anchored by two new crowns.
Whitening
This young patient had naturally darker teeth, which made him self-conscious. One round of treatment with the KöR whitening system gave him life-changing results!
Another KöR whitening case with amazing results! Older patients often have a difficult time whitening because the stains are deeply embedded in the teeth. The KöR system predictably lifts those stains, even in the most difficult whitening cases!
This patient was tired of the yellow appearance of his teeth. Using the KöR whitening system, we were able to brighten his smile significantly. Cosmetic bonding was used to gently reshape the worn edges of the teeth.
Implants
Dental implants are an amazing option to replace missing teeth. This patient had a large infection around one of his premolars. Dr. Hulver extracted the tooth, removed the infection and prepared the site with a bone graft. Once healing was complete, a dental implant was placed and restored with a new crown. The patient is healthy and chewing well again!
Older dental work often has to be replaced or removed, especially if decay or fractures have occurred. This patient had undergone cosmetic treatment on the front teeth several years ago but then required additional work on the back teeth to replace broken-down fillings and an implant to replace a missing tooth. We were able to make new crowns to match her existing work, resulting in a beautiful, harmonious smile!

This patient was unhappy with the crowding of her lower front teeth and the uneven line to her smile. She completed six months of SureSmile Clear Aligner treatment to achieve the straight, even smile she desired.
Dental Cleaning
This patient had not been to see a dentist in five years. Over that time, heavy tartar had developed on the back molars. We performed a good cleaning and revealed healthy teeth underneath!
